Elin Pedersen
Elin Pedersen is a sports psychology consultant with a mission to support and educate individuals, organizations, and teams at all levels towards lasting and sustainable careers. Her toolkit includes knowledge from leading academic institutions as well as practical experience as both an active athlete and a coach. Elin is driven by the goal of guiding others towards greater well-being and balance on their path to even better performance using evidence-based principles.

Elin completed her master's degree in sports psychology at one of Europe's most prestigious sports universities in Germany. Her thesis explored the relationship between athletic identity and burnout in college athletes, and whether self-determined motivation can influence this relationship.
B. Sc. Psychology
Young Harris College, USA
Elin earned her bachelor's degree at Young Harris College in the USA, supported by both academic and athletic scholarships. During her four years at college, she served as captain of her soccer team and excelled in her studies, graduating summa cum laude.
